Jared comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties - as an Associate Broker with over 24 years of expertise in the real estate industry. Prior to joining, Jared generated more than $400 million in sales and closed over 3,000 rental transactions both in Westchester County and New York City. He started and managed a NYC office, designed and created a successful training program for agents, and oversaw exclusive rental and sales transactions from a boutique firm to a major management company, whose portfolio included 3,500 apartments, thus positively impacting the company's overall growth. Jared is an extremely effective communicator and negotiator which makes him an incredible asset to all his clients. A graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in English. Jared currently resides in Westchester County and is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and is certified in Construction Project Management.
